Well thanks for worrying about my health but I assure you, I do pay attention to it. Urea has a melting point of 133 °C and decomposes at 150 °C – both higher than the 100 °C where water boils. Since pee is 95% water, you would have to boil all of it out before the remaining mixture would ever be allowed to rise past 100 °C and create those nasty compounds… the fact that chemical substances in a solution experience phase change in succession (not all together) based on their melting/vaporisation point is the bedrock of chemistry, it’s even used in cooking! The foul smell doesn’t mean it’s toxic – that’s just what hot pee smells like.
